Why Unrealized AI
Small businesses can't throw people at AI
Large companies can put dozens of people on an AI project and afford for much of that effort to go nowhere. Small businesses can't. The few people who could take on an AI project are usually the same people keeping the business running every day.
I saw this firsthand working inside three small businesses: the same gap every time. It wasn't a lack of willingness. It was a lack of time.
That's the gap I want to fill. I bring the time and curiosity your team doesn't have to spare right now. I learn how your business actually works, find the places where AI can genuinely help, and build solutions shaped around your people and the tools you already use.
The goal is simple: give your team time back for the higher-value work that needs their judgment, and get rid of the boring, repetitive tasks. It's time to have some fun.
How I work
What I've learned building AI for real teams
Start with the problem, not the technology
The businesses seeing real results pick a specific problem first. I built a diagnostic framework to score which tasks are worth automating, so the decision isn't left to my own enthusiasm.
Start narrow and earn trust
A tool that does one thing reliably beats one that does ten things you have to babysit. I keep a person in the loop wherever a mistake would be expensive, and let each tool earn its way to bigger jobs.
Measure what sticks
Hours saved matter, but the real test is behavior. Is your team still using it a month later? Do they trust it with the important work? That's what I build for.
Do something and learn from it
There's no perfect AI strategy waiting to be found. The best first step is a small, real project that helps your team build confidence with AI, then improving from there.
Background
Builder at heart
Before Unrealized AI, I co-founded HydraSmart, a startup exploring how technology and data can help people make better hydration decisions. I've also gained hands-on experience in engineering and manufacturing environments, which shaped how I think about systems that have to hold up in the real world.
I spend every day building with AI and learning from the people working on it. I'd love to help teach you and your teams.

Every project starts with a free consultation. No jargon and no pressure, just a conversation about where your time is going.
